Volunteer with us! It’s great for meeting people, learning skills and confidence, and it helps us give back! We are 100% volunteer and there is a LOT that happens behind the scenes. We have a huge impact with our knowledge sharing online events

Volunteering with us also sometimes gives you access to amazing sold out events like Fantasy Forest Festival 2025. We are running the game zones, which is an amazing way to enjoy the festival and includes plenty of time off to explore.

At Fantasy Forest we are doubling the game area and trippling the number of events we are runng! Including Blood on the Clocktower. All four events ‘sold out’ (there were free….. sooooo) and had such an amazing buzz! so we are doing more of them!

We have lots of roles and duties including purely online including web site editing.

Lots of volunteers needed for Here For Games Con: A free inclusive charity games convention (Herefordshire Mind), we have a very high games teacher to guest ratio as we want our event to be the best introduction to gaming possible! We need you to make this happen. (Lots of other non game teaching roles too)
