What do we mean by Inclusive? Free to enter, large friendly supportive volunteer team and a good range of accessible measures and considerations to make the event as fun and easy to attend for as many as possible. The event is aimed at everyone, from veteran gamers, families to folks who haven’t played any gamers or any new games since monopoly.

+ What the event isn’t. + Totally free, (“All inclusive”) Free to enter however where possible please buy food from the Core Cafe, they provide the venue for free, the food is good value. If you can afford it a donation to Herefordshire Mind or purchase some raffle tickets.

+ 100% Accessible. +
We’d love to use the term accessible but we know we fall short in some areas and no event can truly be accessible. We do our best and we list what we can and can’t do our our website and event. Please contact us in advance if we can support you or if you have any questions. For us keeping the events free and the extras costs low is a key part of accessibility, wealth is a huge accessibility factor. I would love to hire an accessible venue but then we’ve have to charge £10-20 a day.. Most conventions of our size with our level of activities and support are £10-25 a day +
