Disability is such a huge category.
The amazing disability pride flag has the following categories

White: Invisible or undiagnosed disabilities
Blue: Psychiatric disabilities, including anxiety and depression
Green: Sensory disabilities, such as blindness, deafness, or loss of taste/smell
Before we start with our tips, please remember people are not defined by one characteristic!
We are not perfect and there is a lot more we would love to do but we try hard to make our events as welcoming, supportive and fun for as many folks as we can.
It starts with small changes.
Newest: Extending pointers. Great for pointing to the board if you are limited reach, or if you want to keep space between you and other players. It is really good for teaching games where you can say out of peoples person spaces.
Clearly identifiable volunteers (lanyards and Tshirts) helps folks with anxiety or similar know who they get support from.
Name tags, help with nervousness, poor memory, social anxiety. Our name tags also have space to include accessibility factors, we have seen face blindness, deafness and dyslexia.
