Name, info and pronoun badges

We like to improve what we do and how we can support you! Everyone is different, we respect and understand that so we offer choices.

These are all optional and are to improve your enjoyment and access to our events.

1) Lanyards with large ID badges, room name and information

Red for ‘standard’

Green may require support, use this if you are new, nervous or may need support.

Room to share ‘what you are HERE FOR’ so our amazing volunteers can support you and you can start conversations with other guests.

2) Chalk name tags, plenty of room for information keep them on the table next to your game area.

3) Brand new name badges, borrow for the event for buy for £1.

We weren’t happy with what was on the market. Too expensive, not colour coded for easy recognition, so we made our own and added in a space for name tags.

We’ve chose the three most common pronouns and a fourth blank one for write your own

4) We’ll have stickers too but we are aiming to move away from them, we want to avoid waste.

What ever you want to share to improve your experience and enjoyment, pronouns or accessibility information.

We are normalising the use or pronoun badges and introductions, this area may not be important for you but may be very important for others, so we support it.

Name tags are amazing for everyone, socials, communications and memory issues also. neurodivergence.

Like most accessibility measures a measure which helps one group a lot often helps many groups a bit.
